Each session includes a relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation, followed by journaling to capture your insights and progress. Get ready to reconnect with your inner wisdom, release limiting beliefs, and cultivate a life of peace, purpose, and self-awareness.

Colynn's yoga journey began early while advancing her healthcare career as an Emergency Nurse. Despite starting Medical School, she realized yoga was her true passion. Balancing nursing, Med School, and building a yoga business, she eventually left the medical field to focus solely on yoga. This path led her to run retreats, build a home studio, and coach others. Colynn's inclusive teaching approach blends my medical background with yoga, creating a space for all to heal and grow.
